Phase 1: Inquiry & Requirement Evaluation
Client provides initial requirements, including: product model, quantity (MOQ), logo artwork (AI/EPS/PDF vector format preferred).
Note: We will evaluate technical feasibility (Laser, Silk-screen, 3D printing, etc.) and provide a preliminary quote within 24 hours.
Phase 2: Virtual Mockup & Design Approval
Our designers provide a free virtual mockup based on your logo to confirm the size, positioning, and color (Pantone Matching System).
Note: Ensuring “What You See Is What You Get” to eliminate any visual discrepancies before production.
Phase 3: Physical Sampling (Optional)
Before mass production, a physical sample can be produced upon request. The sample fee is usually refundable upon the bulk order.
Note: Allows clients to personally test leak-proofing, thermal insulation, and logo durability.
Phase 4: Order Confirmation & Deposit
Both parties sign the Proforma Invoice (PI). Client pays a 30%-50% deposit to initiate the order.
Note: We support Alibaba Trade Assurance to guarantee your payment security.
Phase 5: Mass Production & Quality Control (QC)
Mass production begins. We will send regular photos or videos of the production line to update you on progress.
Note: Strict 3-step QC: Raw material inspection, In-line spot checks, and 100% pre-packaging full inspection.
Phase 6: Balance Payment & Logistics
After production, the client settles the balance. We arrange shipping (Sea DDP/CIF, Air, or Express) and provide a tracking number.
Note: For event gifts, we provide precise “Lead Time Alerts” to ensure goods arrive on-site on time.
